About the role:
This role provide a great platform for someone who wants to continue a career working on government projects. :
- Provide a range of project management and support services to small team
- Prepare and coordinate reports, project documents and other technical documentation as required
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of important information
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning
- Administer the SharePoint team site
About you:
To be successful in this role you have had success in a previous project officer position in a government department.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Excellent time management skills, with capacity to work to short timeframes
- Advanced Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Project coordination experience and/or qualification
