The Role 

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly capable and organised Administrative Assistant to join the Richmond Division of Epworth HealthCare.  You will provide a professional, customer-centric administrative service, owning the role of 'front of house' face of the Epworth Richmond Executive office.

As the ‘front of house’ contact in the Executive Office, you will have responsibility for managing the main desk and maintaining the efficient, effective and smooth flow of traffic in and out of the Executive Office, whilst working in close harmony with the Richmond Executive Team, the Executive Assistant and the Epworth Richmond and Freemasons Executive Administration members.

This key role requires a professional, personable, customer-focused and discreet individual who relates well to people at all levels. The role is challenging and varied, with a strong focus on providing administrative and secretarial support and consistent 'front of house' representation, attending to both internal and external visitors.

Previous experience in healthcare and knowledge of medical/clinical terminology would be considered an advantage.
