Sales Administration

RiskMan International is a leading provider of Risk and Incident Management solutions to the Public and Private Healthcare sector.  With over a quarter of a million users and twenty years' experience we are constantly expanding into new markets and locations.  RiskMan International was acquired by Datix Ltd in 2017 and now forms part of the Datix group, including Datix (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd in Australia. The Datix group has offices in the UK, USA and Australia.

As a result of rapid and ongoing expansion we are seeking to fill an important role in our organisation that requires excellence in Sales Administration.

The Role:

  • This is an important role as you will often be the first point of contact speaking to a new prospect.
  • You will need to interact with identified sales prospects to determine high level needs, answer questions and arrange demonstrations.
  • No cold calling involved, prospects have contacted us and are seeking further information about our software solution or are existing customers wanting further services.
  • Provide support to the Sales Team in daily sales administration duties, including maintaining records within Salesforce.  Prior experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded.
  • You will provide superior customer service, ensuring the information provided to prospects is accurate and provided in a timely manner.
  • You must be self-motivated to follow up sales leads and either progress or close off the lead.
  • You will be expected to provide a weekly report of interactions with prospects, their status and next steps.
  • You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other staff to ensure that tasks are completed to a suitable standard and within the required timeframes.

Ideal Qualities and Experience

  • Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, but not essential.
  • You will need excellent relationship building, customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organised and able to work independently, often prioritising your own workload.
  • Must have great attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills.
  • An interest in software applications and willingness to learn more will be essential for your success in this role.

The Position:

  • Part time position – approx. 24 hours a week
  • Immediate start available
