A membership organisation with centrally-located offices and a close-knit team is looking for an experienced event coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.  The right candidate will be a team player and be experienced in coordinating/managing corporate events.

The organisation will provide a competitive remuneration package and an opportunity to grow with the team, as they implement new initiatives and increase their number of yearly events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a corporate events role
  • Account Management experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS office and Salesforce skills required
  • Confidence to take lead on projects, as necessary
  •  “Can do” attitude
  • High-level of professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met
  • Being first point of contact for current accounts and managing those relationships
  • Calendars management and travel coordination
  • Managing vendor relationships
  • Interstate travel, as necessary
  • Ad hoc administrative responsibilities
