A membership organisation with centrally-located offices and a close-knit team is looking for an experienced event coordinator to join their team as soon as possible. The right candidate will be a team player and be experienced in coordinating/managing corporate events.
The organisation will provide a competitive remuneration package and an opportunity to grow with the team, as they implement new initiatives and increase their number of yearly events.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a corporate events role
- Account Management experience
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong MS office and Salesforce skills required
- Confidence to take lead on projects, as necessary
- “Can do” attitude
- High-level of professionalism
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met
- Being first point of contact for current accounts and managing those relationships
- Calendars management and travel coordination
- Managing vendor relationships
- Interstate travel, as necessary
- Ad hoc administrative responsibilities
