Air Liquide Australia currently has an opportunity for a Team Coordinator/ Administrator to join our team 3 days a week.
This role will be reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager and assisting with the administration associated with the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities
- You will be assisting with the administration across HR, recruitment , ER IR and Payroll
- Coordinating meetings and diaries
- Arranging interviews
- Implementing projects
- Inputting Data
- Composing formal letters and documents
Experience
- Must have strong administration/ PA experience
- Gmail and google docs exp a must
- Must have experience servicing multiple stakeholders
- Must be able to effectively prioritize

- High attention to detail
- Warm and personable
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
