What an excitement to manage in exclusivity this Newly created Part- Time Sales Assistant Opportunity for one my close Pharmaceutical Partner!

You would be Responsible for supporting the company Pharmaceutical Business Unit team, to make sure that they have the tools, support and resources needed to carry on their dynamic expansion and provide a smooth and efficient delivery to their clients.

This role is a Permanent Part-time 3 days/week (office based only) so ideal for someone serious and committed who is looking for a great work-life balance!

Perspective to evolve into a 4/5 day per week during 2019 but if the successful candidate wishes to stay part-time, they are happy to keep it as it is and to add another part-time to complete their need due to expansion. They are looking for someone willing to settle in the role and aligned with the strong ethos company culture. My partner is also known for offering good career perspective to his employees.


Main Duties:
  • Travel Booking.
  • Meeting preparation/booking/catering.
  • Expenses Reporting and Expenses control.
  • Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
  • Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers & Account Executives.
  • Supporting the field sales team.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Speaking with customers (medical professionals) using clear and professional language.
  • Resolving any sales related issues with customers & Account Executives.
  • Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
  • Accurately analysing and assessing statistical data.
  • Organization of breakfast/dinner meetings including location, speaker(s), food, video recording etc.
  • Team coordination
  • CRM Data entry / follow up on orders / in mailing etc.
  • Year Beginning and Mid-Year Team Meeting organization (January and August).
  • Coordination of Events (admin tasks related to those events to help the marketing and Sales team) .
Key skills and competencies

Professional
  • Customer service and Administrative experience in a corporate environment. ( Min of 3 years experience)/
  • Experience of pharmaceutical or Consumer goods sector ( ideally dermo-cosmetic / Health/wellbeing food/ medical device etc) is preferred
  • Strong Attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • CRM experience/Data base entry comfortable with
Personal
  • Reliable with a strong Can-do attitude.
  • A fast learner who can quickly understanding and articulate new technologies and processes.
  • Super Organised and administrative task enthusiastic star.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Team spirit/ collaborative mindset to match with the strong values and ethos of the company. ​
