Do you come from an in import/export background? perhaps you have an interest in Interior design or you have strong experience as an office administrator within the building industry?Unique opportunity if you are passionate, driven and customer focused. “Customer service” is the key to this role as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and providing excellent service whilst managing the day to day administration duties.
Our client offers a great work environment with career development opportunities, it is a small team, so you will need to be very adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
This role needs your “Can do” attitude and ability to juggle tasks whilst maintaining service standards second to none.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with local and international suppliers as well as customers, designers, architects and builders
- Stock control and orders,
- Liaising with warehouse and delivery companies
- Sales support to customers
- Accounts support
- Coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining the database
- Generating sales invoices, purchase orders, quotes and other supply documents in MYOB
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Various office duties as required
- Customer focused, passionate about delivering excellent service
- Able to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
- Be process driven
- Able to multitask
- Have a willingness to learn
- MYOB experience
- Internal sales experience
- Strong administration experience
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Accounts experience
- Strong attention to detail
