THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a well organised Supply Chain Administrator with experience in running and preparing reports, preparing international export documentation, invoice checking, liaising with suppliers, raising purchase orders and assisting with general duties in the team as needed. You will be providing administrative assistance to Supply Chain teams (Warehouse, Purchasing and the Supply Chain Manager).

The role is part-time working 9am until 3pm daily, located at Smithfield and you must be able to start immediately.

DUTIES

  • Assisting warehouse with administrative tasks during receiving days
  • Running and preparing reports for analysis
  • Tracking freight and ensuring eta’s are communicated to the business
  • Preparing international export documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and shipping agents

SKILLS NEEDED

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience in an administration role
  • Experience using Navision / SAP would be an advantage
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Experience in purchasing activities
  • Understanding of import/export documentation
