- This is not a entry level position as attention to detail is a high importance
- You will play an integral part in the preparation, delivery and evaluation
- Strong understanding of the travel industry is highly desirable
This is a dynamic, busy, fun environment where no days are the same, offering a multitude of different tasks are yours to sink your teeth into.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-General Filling
-Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting
-Preparing documents
-Finalise client itineraries thoroughly checking that all services have been booked and all confirmation details are on file or reconfirmed/booked as necessary and included in the final itinerary
-Finalising invoices
Please note your duties may change on a day to day basis depending on the needs of the office so flexibility is required at all times
EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
-Bubbly, warm & engaging personality
-Someone who is highly adaptable & can work independently
-Can follow direction well
-At least 1 years’ experience in a similar
-A strong attention for detail
-Extremely organised & proactive
THE PACKAGE:
A base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 plus super will be provided to the right candidate, depending on experience.
*Ideally seeking someone who has travel industry background especially in Documentation or Administration assistance*
