We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Support - Data Entry professional seeking a new challenge
As a talented Data Entry person you will help our Customer Service Team ensure MHG Glass meets or exceeds customer expectations in all areas. Your exceptional attitude coupled with your sharp communication skills will influence Win-Win outcomes.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and order processing and providing support to the customer service team
- Achieving team and individual based targets
- Proactively help in building rapport with customers to ensure effective customer relations are maintained
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Proven track record working in a similar customer service administration environment
- Energetic, self-motivated and proactive with a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Results driven, willingness to learn and deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring accurate data entry
- Able to prioritise, multi-task and work with a variety of systems and databases
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Glass industry experience preferred but not essential
