We are seeking a highly organised Service Administrator to join our growing Support Services Division, working alongside the Pest Division. The main purpose of this exciting role is to coordinate the services for our service specialist and provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients. This is a very fast paced role which requires a high level of organisation, problem solving and multi-tasking all within short periods of time.  The successful person will be comfortable managing a high level of calls, finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise, yet remain totally committed to helping keep our customers protected.

 

You will be a part of a smaller team and together are responsible for meeting and exceeding  client and customer expectations across Australia, embracing the safe work culture and assisting in growing our business.

 

Key duties/Responsibilities

  • High volume scheduling/ coordination for Service specialists   
  • Amend schedules to reflect changes as per customer request
  • Day to day operational administration and data entry
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report preparation as required
  • Regularly liaise with Field Staff and Supervisors
  • First point of contact for all customer liaison and arranging services
  • Assist with ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance is achieved
  • Other tasks as required.

 

Skills/Experience

  • Experience scheduling in a high volume or similar is desired but not essential
  • Proven experience providing administration support
  • Strong customer service experience, excellent telephone manner and able to take ownership of the role
  • Intermediate-Advanced MS Excel 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
