To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required.

Main Duties

  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Courier bookings and deliveries
  • Preparation of mailbags for internal and interstate offices
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationary
  • Assist in organising meetings and conferences
  • Maintain databases and update presentations
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Assist with filing and maintenance document files
  • General administrative duties
  • Must be able to lift heavy items, when required.
  • Preparation of meeting room set ups

Key Requirements:

  • Must have previous mailroom experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
  • Excellent time management skills is a must
  • Working hours will be from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
