About Beacon

Beacon Lighting is Australia's leading lighting retailer and with more than 100 stores nationally, and with continued growth, our team of electricians continue to provide in-store maintenance, work on new store fit outs and complete warranty work. This role will involve scheduling these activities and allocating resources to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.

The Role

Key responsibilities to this role include providing general guidance and direction to our electricians to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets the required standards. This will involve ensuring that all administrative and reporting requirements are followed accurately and that purchasing and stock levels of materials and equipment are maintained.

About You

You will have relevant scheduling experience and the ability to plan and organize your time, prioritizing to ensure tasks are completed with an appropriate sense of urgency and planning ahead for future activities. With very strong administration skills and written communication skills, you will demonstrate confidence with computer based scheduling systems and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills with team members, colleagues and customers.
