Business Support Administrator 

Watermark Search International

Watermark Search International is currently looking for a superstar office all-rounder, whose purpose is to add value to the business by ensuring the administrative functions of the company run smoothly and efficiently and to provide high quality administrative support to ensure excellent services are provided to clients and candidates.

You will be working with a team of passionate consultants and support team.  Your duties will include, however not be limited to the following:

  • Managing day-to-day support functions of the Partners – including diary management and travel
  • Assist project management team with preparation of reports and organisation of functions
  • Managing and reconciling expenses
  • Half day on reception duties
    • Answering incoming calls
    • Meet, greet and announce visitors
    • Maintain office cleanliness
  • Organising and maintaining Database
  • Assist team with adhoc administration requests

What we require from you:

  • A can do attitude! Strong initiative and proactive approach.  A team player.
  • The ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
  • Excellent presentation and positive outlook.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet agreed timetables or deadlines.
