Our clients currently have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable and highly self-motivated Junior Medical Receptionist & Administrator. 
 
We are looking for passionate individuals who have an exceptional work ethic, great attention to detail and would like to be a part of a vibrant and friendly team based within the Greenslopes area on a casual basis!
 
This company are a phenomenal medical centre filled with friendly staff who will guide you through the entire process of making your visit to their practice as pleasant as possible!
 
 
Duties Include:

• Greeting clients and visitors
• Booking appointments
• Printing, filing and scanning
• Answering and directing phone calls
• General cleaning (e.g stationery, work area)

 
 
The Successful Candidate:

• Friendly, confident and enthusiastic
• Bright and bubbly personality
• Excellent presentation
• Good computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Own reliable transport (car and license)

 
 
Recent school leavers or individuals looking to start their career within the Business Administration Industry, are highly encouraged to apply!
