Applications are being accepted for a full time Client Service Officer to join our highly motivated team of financial planning professionals and support staff.

 

The modern office of Dalle Cort Financial Services boasts the latest computer and software technology which assists in providing quality advice and client services.

 

About the role:

  • Key point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare and process product applications in line with strategy recommendations.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client appointments.
  • Maintain clear and accurate notes on the client management system of all customer interactions and completed administration tasks.
  • Provide a prompt response to enquiries from both financial advisers and clients.
  • Respond to telephone enquiries from clients and fund managers with a strong sense of ownership and take appropriate action.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the financial products used and the administration requirements for each product.
  • After hours administration support for regular seminars and client events.

 

Experience and Attributes:

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • High level of verbal and written communication.
  • High standard of Microsoft Office competency and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and show initiative when needed.
  • A commitment to quality customer service and good attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
  • Proactive approach and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Understanding of financial planning concepts.
  • XPLAN experience preferable but not essential.

 

This is a fast paced, high pressure and challenging role. Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, prioritise competing demands and manage own workload to achieve team targets whilst continuing to provide a quality level of service.

 

A minimum of 2 years previous administration experience in a customer contact role is essential. Previous experience in the financial services industry would be highly regarded.
