We currently have a vacancy for Customer Service / Sales Administration to join our Melbourne operation.
The Role
- Operate and manage all administration effectively
- Maintaining a professional and personable manner on phone calls
- Perform daily administrative tasks
- Quoting / Orders / Invoicing / Purchase Order in MYOB
- Co-ordinate inward / outward deliveries & freight in conjunction with customers and suppliers Australia wide
- Daily Filing and ensuring filing systems maintained and kept up to date
- Communicating with customers and suppliers as required
- Interacting with clients and suppliers for both sales/purchases
- General administration duties including the use of Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
- General office duties including filing / labelling of samples and preparation of architectural sample boxes
The Successful Candidate
- MUST be well organised and able to prioritise
- MYOB Experience essential
- MUST be computer literate & internet savvy
- MUST have a positive attitude
- MUST have excellent Customer service skills
- Good presentation & communication skills
