No More Pain Ergonomics is a leading online retailer of office ergonomic equipment. Due to our continued success and booming online growth, we are expanding our eCommerce team! We are on the lookout for an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED eCommerce Administrator whose key role will be to ensure the effective coordination of all facets of the day to day operations of the online store. This role will ensure the growth of online sales whilst providing customers with an exemplary online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – Live Chat, Telephone & Email
- Oversee dispatch ensuring orders are delivered on time
- Management of all returns + exchanges
- Ensure all site content is up to date and accurate for product, pricing and promotions as well as brand standards
- Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure all orders are fulfilled
- Creating invoices
- Administrative tasks
- Phone sales
- Marketing – Social Media Management
Systems we use:
- Shopify
- Xero
- Shipwire
- Pipeline Deals
- MailChimp
- Onesaas
- Bigpost
Skills and Experienced Needed:
- Previous experience in eCommerce role
- Previous experience using Shopify & Xero
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptionally high standards and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic – goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to develop strong commercial relationships

This role is based in our Head Office in Woolloongabba. Onsite parking is not available, however street parking is available. Working hours can vary between 7AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday, with a maximum of 38 hours per week.
