CGI has a new opening available for an Administrator to join our internal operations team to help coordinate internal and external business audits. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Australian CGI business maintains its quality certifications by complying with and implementing CGI’s Management Foundation.
This is an entry-level opportunity and would suit someone with 12-18 months of commercial and administration experience who has a keen interest in quality audits and systems. This is a growth opportunity, providing the successful candidate the ability to gain operations and quality assurance experience.
This role can be based from either our Melbourne or North Sydney office.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate both internal and external quality audits
- Help audit participants with preparations and gathering evidence for audits
- Coordinate and monitor defect resolution and improvement initiatives
- Help with the implementation of any new process within the Australian business
- Help the business administer our records management processes
- Manage the tools and applications related to Business Development, Quality and Operations management
- Coordinate CGI’s Client & Operational Satisfaction Assessment Programs
- Support the wider team activities as needed.
Skills required to be successful in this role:
- Recent Business Graduates or 12-18 months relevant experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
- Fleixble and a can do attitude
- Excel skills including macros and pivot tables
