We are currently on the lookout for an organised, collaborative Office Manager to join Receipt Bank’s team in our Sydney Hub. This is a highly visible role and the new Office Manager will be vital to the success of Receipt Bank as we continue to grow our APAC business.

This role is key to building a harmonious, well-run and happy office environment. The Office Manager will be expected to champion Receipt Bank’s core values and deliver an efficient, well-run, effective working environment where communication and helpfulness are at the core of everything we do.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Influencing our office culture through internal communications, organising events and instilling / amplifying our core values
  • Facilitating new company system roll outs (to include security measures and travel portals)
  • Coordinating internal activities with global colleagues
  • Managing the office infrastructure - E.G. supplies, maintenance and equipment
  • Supporting the VP of Sales with diary management, events, travel, etc
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner on a variety of projects

Our ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organised and able to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time on a daily basis. They will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage an often high workload in a calm manner and a strong commercial awareness.

As a person you:

  • Have demonstrable experience working in an office management role previously
  • Are comfortable in an fast-paced, flexible environment;
  • Are inquisitive and self-reliant in getting to the root of a problem;
  • Have fantastic written and spoken communication skills;
  • Have strong systems skills (including Google Apps, Slack & Zoom)
