THE ROLE
A permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Administration/Customer Service professional has become available within our well established Australian owned company based in Blackburn North. This role will be responsible for:
- Answering phone, email & face to face queries from internal & external customers
- Processing orders, invoices & associated documents
- Timely ordering of product & ensuring quality procedures adhered to
- General office administration functions such as stationery, printing, supplies and more.
- Assisting with company policies & procedures
- Proficient with MS Office. Understanding of EDI & GS1 barcoding would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in Human Resources tasks would be an asset
- Assisting with facilities within office
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
To be successful in this role you will need to be proactive, able to work autonomously and have excellent attention to detail. You will demonstrate high levels of professionalism in how you conduct your work, hold superior organisational and multi-tasking skills, and be highly adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
In this diverse role, touching on Customer Service, Administration, HR, Invoicing and Facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring all daily duties are completed.
Working as part of a small, cohesive team that is committed to excellence in admin & customer service, your maturity and reliability with the ability to commit to full-time hours across Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5:00pm) are critical.
Australian Driving licence required.
You must have approval to work in Australia
