A challenging role for an experienced administrator or junior office manager

Your new company
A successful and well-established financial services company based in North Sydney. This firm is looking for an experienced administrator or junior office manager ready to take the next step.

Your new role
In this position you will be responsible for the following duties and more:

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organising the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires


What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years experience in a varied administration role in a fast paced environment. You will be great with MS Office along with other computer based systems and be very organised with excellent multi-tasking skills. You will be passionate and excited to learn about the company and industry, and take charge of the role and be able to improve current processes.
