The Role

The role of Customer Service Coordinator is based at the National Service Centre in Lane Cove. The position will see you acting as the key point of contact between clients and field technicians. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be responsible for allocating service jobs across Australia, and working in a large team to ensure compliance across all jobs completed.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent HSC or University graduates to get entry level experience in the workforce at a multinational organisation

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Allocation of service jobs into technicians hand held devices for NSW/ACT
  • Liaise with technicians regarding any queries/issues on any service jobs they are completing
  • Forward planning and coordination of any large service requests one week in advance
  • Logging of all jobs through internal systems
  • Liaising with state mangers regarding updates on all service jobs in progress and to be completed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous work experience in hospitality, retail, administration, or customer service
  • Experience managing a high volume of work (this can include managing a large workload in uni or highschool)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritise and make decisions quickly
  • Must have a drivers license (limited public transport to this location)

Additional Information

  • Candidates must be available to work 7 days per week
  • Temporary casual role working on average 3-4 shifts per week (8-10 hour shifts)
  • View to permanency based on performance
  • Morning shift 6.00am - 2.30pm, Afternoon shift 2.30pm - 10.00pm
  • Street Parking Available
  • Hourly rate of $28.30 + Super + up to 75% loading for afternoon and weekend shifts
