We have an excellent opportunity for an organised, friendly and outgoing person to join the company in a client service role in our Armadale studio on a part time basis.
This role is part-time from Monday to Friday and commences September as a founding member of the team that will change the way Armadale works out.
Your key strengths would include the ability to be supportive, friendly and optimistic in any relationship. You are sociable with the ability to enjoy the uniqueness of each human being. You have the ability to use balanced judgement, bringing stability to the entire team and you are good at analysing situations.

Key responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients

Handling incoming calls and returning calls

Client bookings

Maintaining stock levels of product

Managing accounts, payments and receipting

Handling cash and banking

Dealing with client complaints and resolving to a satisfactory level

Statistical reporting

Actioning tasks set by studio owners within set time frames and assisting the studio team
