About the role 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Events Administrator to join a unique, progressive and well known company. The ideal person will be extremely well presented and communicated, and have the ability to forward plan. This is a temporary role, that does have the potential to be made permanent. You will be outgoing, energetic and have a proven track record of over-delivering. You must be available to interview and start immediately!

Responsibilities

Whilst managing your own projects, you will also support the Administrators of the business while working with a supportive team. Your role will involve but not be limited to;
  • Research, prepare and roll out events and campaigns.
  • Managing small to large scale events for the full life cycle.
  • Liaise and negotiate with internal and external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Influence internal and external vendors and stakeholders on all event ideas and proposals
  • Prepare all proposals for upcoming events
  • Work alongside Executives and the HR department on all projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee all external training - including preparing training documents, manuals and new starter set ups.
  • Travel and accommodation bookings as and when required
  • Organise all staff social events autonomously and manage full cycle.
  • Coordinate client events and conferences - end to end process.
  • Prepare and roll out all marketing ideas, material and admin
  • Stay up to date with market research and ideas
  • Assist with reception duties as required
  • Administration duties and assisting other divisions when needed
  • Other ad hoc duties.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a similar position previously
  • Previous experience working with high corporate budgets
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite level.
  • Previous experience managing and executing high volume events on a corporate scale 
  • Technically proficient with all Microsoft Office Suites 
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead within the market
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player with adaptability for different personalities
  • Have the ability to influence others including on Executive levels.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for over delivering
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible within and for your working environment
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
