Hudson has an immediately available opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Team Administrator to work with one of our global clients. Working on large projects across Melbourne, you will receive unparalleled expereince supporting leaders within the engineering and consutruction industry. About the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Project Manager and team of 20 in a dynamic and fast paced environment where you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and questions.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring documents (bids, tenders, submissions, ROIs, minutes and memos) are prepared to high standards
  • Managing calendars, inboxes and arranging interstate and international travel for the Project Manager and wider team
  • All administrative support to the Project Manager and team including filing, scanning, document control and archiving
  • Screening and actioning correspondence
  • Organising and on boarding new starters and arranging relevant reviews

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in professional services, construction or engineering
  • Demonstrated experience within administration support or project support
  • Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to build and develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders
