Your new company
Your new company specialises in property, land acquisition and development. They pride themselves on having a dynamic and innovative culture and strive to be the market leaders in their industry. Due to internal growth a vacancy has become available for an Administration Officer.

Your new role
Your role as the Administration Officer will join the Office team in Melbourne CBD office and will be on a permanent full-time basis. You will assist various departments within the business with administrative and clerical support. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing office documentation including typing, formatting and database uploading
  • Contract preparation
  • Filing, scanning and archiving
  • Assisting with invoicing and accounts for the finance team
  • Liaising with clients and customers
  • Managing customer records


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position previous Administration experience within Property, Construction or a related industry is needed, along with:

  • Practical knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel and high attention to detail with data entry
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills and an ability to meed deadlines and manage a varied workload
  • Positive and helpful attitude
