We facilitate over 70 million patient consults per annum and we provide solutions to GPs, Specialists, Pharmacists and Hospitals, so we understand the healthcare landscape and know what is needed to continue to push the boundaries of healthcare delivery.

We are looking for an empowered individual like yourself to join our People & Culture Team in a trendy atmosphere in the city. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day HR operations
  • Prepare employment contracts and all employee related correspondence, including promotion, salary increase and job title change letters.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process including; liaising with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, organising interviews, reference checks and offers.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Organising the monthly company Induction Program 
  • Coordination of employee movements, including transfers and staff departures
  • Managing payroll administration and tracking all payroll related changes 
  • Maintain the employee database to the highest standard of accuracy
  • Managing employee soft and hard files
  • Maintain office health and safety including first aid kits, leading first aid officer and fire warden activities
  • General HR team administration
  • Managing workers compensation claims, liaising with the insurer and manager to ensure the recovery and return to work of injured staff members
 Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or as an Administrator in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organisation, administration and time management skills
  • Administrative role dealing with confidential information
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Impeccable administrative and organizational skills
