Protec Contracting Pty Ltd is a wholly owned Australian Company established in 2002 in Sydney, as a service provider specialising in supply and installation of fire rated frames and doors to the Building & Construction Industries, servicing commercial and residential sector. 

We immediately require a junior (training will be provided) or an experienced Contract Administrator/ Coordinator to assist with the projects from the tender to the end of construction phase. You will be looking to join a company who will respect you and award you accordingly for the effort you are putting in.

 Ideally, to be successful for this role you will need to possess following skills & attributes:

  • Be quick learner and ready to take on challenges with minimal mistake.
  • Able to read plans and familiar with construction drawings.
  • Strong personal and communicational skills.
  • Have Architectural/Engineering/Construction experience.
  • Able to adjust and meet deadlines in office and site.
  • Able to work in a team and independent with a flexible approach.
  • Take full ownership of cost reporting including all variations & progress claims
  • Following OH&S and company policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Estimating, Contract admin, Account management, OH&S.

  • Organising and Scheduling Materials and Products require, (Frame, Door, Hardware) for projects.
  • Responsible for all active in hand projects, up to 2 mil a year.
  • Responsible for job costing and all variation implications.
  • Filing all scope of works documentation as per company policy
  • Attending site meeting and coordinate process and progress onsite to make sure work is being done in timely but quality manner.
  • Reporting to the appointed contract manager and director.
