This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join this shared reception desk. The organisation is philanthropic and would suit someone who is of a like mind. The position will start out as a temporary position, moving into a permanent role for the successful candidate.
The Responsibility
- Manage all inbound calls, including accurate taking of messages
- Respond to email enquiries where appropriate
- Arranging meeting rooms, including VC set up and catering as required
- Assist with organising external events
- Create purchase orders and invoices
- Reconciliation and payment of invoices
- Manage office facilities including kitchen and meeting rooms
- General administrative support when required, including induction processes for new contractors
- Experience working within a front of office role
- Professional and personable approach
- Flexibility to attend to ad-hoc tasks
- Team player
- Experience in a reception role with administration duties
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proactive approach with a 'can do' attitude
- Demonstrate compliance with the companies policies and procedures
