Psychometric assessment is a key aspect of the work we do with our clients to help them achieve their goals through their people.
The Randstad HR Consulting practice is responsible for helping client organisations with psychometric testing and the enhancement of recruitment practices.
We are currently looking for an Assessment Coordinator to successfully own the administration and management of our psychometric testing desk.

We are seeking someone who has strong attention to detail, can work to deadlines, is customer focused and enjoys working with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of projects, and while this role is office-based, we see every member of our team as having a valued voice and perspective, so everyone contributes to our success and our strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administrating individual assessments and also assessments for large high-volume projects;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinating and managing the psychometric assessment process from set ups, reporting and scoring; and
- Provide project support the to the wider Randstad HR Consulting team.
