Excellent temporary Receptionist role | 8 week assignment | start ASAP | close to public transport
Your new company
This is a highly successful business in the property industry based in North Ryde. The company have a great team culture and have fantastic offices. Due to their current Receptionist going on leave they are currently seeking a temp to cover.
Your new role
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Arranging meeting rooms and catering
- Travel organisation
- Data entry and update of client management system
- Use of the M/S Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the job you will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Previous Receptionist experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi task and manage high volumes of work
- Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
- Employ high standards in all tasks
- Pro active
