We are looking for an Personal Assistant to support our director and team in the Sydney Office, you will have a professional approach to assisting others and ensure that a seamless service is delivered to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.

Multi-tasking and managing competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the broader team.

As our Personal Assistant you will deliver the following:

  • Effective diary management
  • Assisting the team with mid-month, end of month billing and reporting
  • Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the director
  • Travel management
  • Building and maintaining long term client relationships
  • Administration and technical support to the team where required

Key Attributes you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Professional/ethical behaviour
  • Advanced Experience using Microsoft Office and CCH iFirm
  • A true focus on teamwork
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
