We are searching for a School Crossing Administrator to join the friendly team located in Geelong. This position allows you to join a growing community.
About the role:
This position requires you to organise, monitor and supervise the performance of school crossing supervisors to provide the safety of children and others. You will be completing rosters, timesheets, issuing uniforms, auditing of the crossings and performance reviews.
Skills and experience:
You will be required to have the below skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and organise rostering systems
- Ability to coordinate and organise relief staff as requested
- A current Victorian Driver’s license
- A current Employee Working with children’s card or willing to obtain
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
The successful applicant will communicate with school crossing supervisors on a daily basis to ensure that all crossings are manned and the children cross the road safely. This position offers 30 hours per week on a split shift basis of two 3 hours shifts per day (7am – 10am and 2pm - 5pm , Monday to Friday).
Please note successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and a police check.
