About the role 

We have a close relationship with this market leading specialist commercial litigation law firm client. The firm has a genuinely open and down-to-earth culture and attracts large scale, high profile commercial litigation and class action matters. 

An opportunity exists for a bright, motivated, friendly and reliable Receptionist to join the team. As the first point of contact, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients, contractors and other visitors
• Answering, screening and directing phone calls
• Managing the client boardrooms 
• Managing of incoming and outgoing mail, including franking of post
• Booking couriers
• Receiving deliveries

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will possess outstanding communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and actively seek to contribute to a positive working environment.

You will have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to stay up to date with company developments and information. Experience dealing with all levels of staff, organisation and prioritisation skills are essential to the success of this role.
