TIGER TRAYS – Are a market leading business specialising in motor vehicle accessories, in particular the fitting of aftermarket Utility Trays and Tool boxes. We are interested in speaking with a highly motivated, professional and team focused Accounts and Administration Clerk interested in securing a new full time opportunity!

Primary Objective

As the Accounts and Administration Clerk you will have a diverse role including accounts payable / receivable, banking, cash flow duties and data entry of client's jobs. 

This is a position best suited someone who is proficient in the use of MYOB and is able to hit the ground running.

The role is a combination of accounts work and administration which includes:

  • Accurate data entry for invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable preparation MYOB
  • Manage cash flow managing receivable and payable 
  • Manage All Payroll responsibilities including Superannuation, Payroll Tax 
  • Record day to day financial transactions using MYOB Accounting Software, ensuring supplier invoice, debtor invoicing and bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date
  • Assist External Accountants with end of month/end of financial year reporting and lodgement
  • Data entry, reconciliations & end of month reporting
  • Answering incoming calls, providing customer support and assistance
  • General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required
  • Experience in Sales Force is a plus !

The Candidate

The successful candidate for this position will be highly organised, passionate and most all want to come in and make this role your own.

You will have previous administration, accounts, ideally within the trades and services industries, you will also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Pro-active and responsible whilst multi-tasking daily
  • A motivated, positive attitude in the workplace
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles including AP/AR, Payroll, BAS and ATO reporting obligations
  • Proven experience using MYOB accounting software
  • Attention to detail, with an eye to streamline business procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and ensure demands and deadlines are met
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience working autonomously in a similar role
