Are you an experienced Administrator/Receptionist looking for a short-term assignment to start immediately? We are looking for motivated and hardworking candidates to work on several short-term assignments.
Several of our top clients have had a sudden increase in workload and are looking for highly motivated hardworking and flexible Administrators/Receptionists to assist the team. This would be for a 3-6 month temporary assignment in the Melbourne CBD area.
To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- A background working in a corporate administration/receptionist environment
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Professional and courteous manner
- Ability to deal with enquiries both over the phone and face to face
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible in your approach
- Hardworking, reliable and self-motivated
