About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced customer service professional to join Federation Training’s dedicated and supportive Skills & Job Centre team. The Administration Officer Skills & Job Centre is the first point of contact for internal and external clients, and other stakeholders accessing the services of the Skills & Job Centre.  In this role you will provide high level customer service, comprehensive information and informed advice about the services offered by the Skills & Job Centre. You will be an exceptional communicator with strong organisational skills to ensure a coordinated and proactive approach is delivered to clients. You will provide high level administrative support to the day to day operations of the Skills & Job Centre to ensure effective service delivery and the accurate recording, retrieval and storage of Skills & Job Centre data and information.

To be Successful in this Position you will Need:

  • A tertiary level qualification in a business administration or customer service related field would be treated favourably;
  • Significant (at least 3 years) experience in a front line/customer service/administration role.
  • Experience working within a tertiary environment would be desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed IT, document preparation and record keeping skills.
  • High level organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

A six month probationary period applies to this position. Successful applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and will be required to satisfy a National Police Record Check and a Victorian Working with Children Check.
