About the Employer

Our client provides professional services, sales and support to local government and business sectors. Conveniently located in Geelong, they offer their staff a professional work environment where customer service and teamwork support their success.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will be predominantly responsible for providing day to day support on a variety of tasks including client liaison, accounts payable and receivable and support to the sales team.  Your role will also involve general administrative support.

Snapshot of key responsibilities;

  • Answer all incoming calls from our customer base including management of email and web portal requests
  • Resolves and co-ordinates the resolution of customer issues, able to implement the best strategy in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being committed to customer satisfaction, work under pressure and problem solve to show a positive impact on all stakeholders
  • Actively participate in projects as assigned and deliver results within designated time frame.
  • Processing of AP invoices
  • Management of AR processing and billing cycle
