Requirement:

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Administrators for temporary roles across the South East Suburbs of Melbourne. Length of roles vary, and for longer term roles it is required that you have no annual leave requirements in the first 3 months. Hourly rate and hours of work (typically office hours Mon-Fri) will be advised as per role. Start dates across June and July.

Tasks:

  • General administrative duties
  • Documentation and filing of relevant paperworks
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Dealing with queries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Use of computers - Microsoft package
  • Any other duties required by management

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year plus experience in similar administrative role within an office environment
  • Proficient with picking up new systems and the Microsoft Office package - particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in processing fast and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work well both within a team and on own initiative
  • Flexible and able to work to changing priorities
