We are a professional, family owned hearing services clinic providing first class hearing health care in multiple locations throughout Far North Queensland. With an exceptional reputation for quality and customer service, we are looking for a mature minded Clinical and Customer Support Officer to join our team in Atherton QLD.

• Exceptional organisational skills,
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal),
• Immaculate personal presentation,
• Initiative,
• The ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy, particularly when dealing with the elderly,
• Be able to work autonomously and within a small team,
• Personal drive and enthusiasm are also essential to this integral role within a busy family healthcare practice.

Duties include front desk, telephone support, clinician support including but not limited to hearing aid servicing, stock management, data entry and clinical records management.

There will be a requirement to travel to various locations with in the Cairns and Tablelands regions.

The position is full-time, Mon – Fri with some weekend requirements, commencing immediately.
