HomeRepair is a wholly-owned Suncorp company who specialises in residential building repairs.

This autonomous position will work closely with the Procurement team and the HomeRepair trade network consisting of 400+ trade partners. We are looking for an individual who has a professional attitude and enjoys using their skills and initiative to be part of a high performing team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administrative support for onboarding of new suppliers including initial review of new trade applications
  • Administrative support for all category, procurement and contract management activities
  • Inbox Management for multiple accounts
  • Assist with the preparation of procurement performance reports for both internal and external audiences
  • Maintaining accurate and current information on multiple systems to ensure continuity of procurement business
  • Liaising with stakeholders and trade suppliers as directed by the Procurement Manager
  • Arrange team and stakeholder meetings including maintaining agendas and minutes
  • Drafting and sending regular and ad hoc communications to internal and external stakeholders

 To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude to enable the best outcomes with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Have a sense of urgency, with excellent professional conduct
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite of programs
  • Experience within a similar role would be desirable
