The Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will be one of the first points of contact for the organisation and work closely with and support the company's senior management team.
You will be required to be an Innovative and creative problem solver, demonstrate experience in building and developing strong relationships across a range of businesses. You will also need to have great customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and have a can do attitude.
What the role entails;
- Experience overseeing all aspects of Office Administration and Reception duties
- Booking of travel and accommodation
- Day to day diary and itinerary management of companies CEO, CFO and senior executive team members
- Managing marketing activities including;
- internal and external communications
- meetings, conferences and other corporate events
- Work with and oversee some duties of the reception team
- Clerical and accounting duties including monitoring marketing spend, reporting, budget tracking, approving invoices and product orders
- General office coordination
About you:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exposure to an ASX listed company, desired
- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focus of safety
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills
- Display a high level of integrity and resilience
- Be able to manage your own time, meet deadlines and take responsibility for your output and the quality of your work
- Have a positive and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
