Our client is looking to hire an administration officer with a strong track record of administration experience to join their team.

Client Details

Description

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year administration experience
  • Experienced in all MS Office suit
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Communication skills
  • High organisational skills
