We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our client in Paget for an immediate start working 3 days per week.

About the position:
Reporting to Senior account & Operations Manager and supporting the site supervisors also this role will be challenging due to the variety of work undertaken. You will need the ability to maintain a strong customer service focus while being flexible.
•Entering data for SAP Plant Maintenance
•Raising purchase orders
•Coordinate and schedule new employee site inductions and mandatory training courses
•Maintenance and data entry of employee training records
•Coordinate and book travel requests
•General administration including filing, scanning, ordering stationery and small consumable items, mail, reception, answering telephone calls and responding to emails
What you will need to apply for this position:
•Demonstrated experience in a similar role
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office
•Experience with SAP - highly preferred
•Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
