Our client is a leading educational provider with their head office located in the heart of the eastern suburbs. The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial controller you will be working alongside a small cohesive team.
- Processing all payroll functions relating to employee payments in a timely manner
- Ensure that all data pertaining to payroll is recorded and managed accurately
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
- Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, superannuation and report accordingly
- Implement process improvements and drive productivity
- Responding to any payroll related queries efficiently
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you posses the following:
- More than 2 years experience within a Payroll function is highly desirable
- Experience in award interpretation, employment legislation and statutory requirements
- Experience in the use of large Payroll/ERP systems
- Attention to detail and posses strong interpersonal skills
- The desire for personal development and career opportunities
- Capable of working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment
