The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist. This role will suit a full-time superstar where the salary will be commensurate with experience. You will be a smart and a very technically savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to supporting senior staff and the management team. 

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients - you will be the first point of contact
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Correspondence with clients
  • Preparing letters
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning, emailing, filing
  • Be apart of a supportive administration team

About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in a Reception role within an accounting practice
  • Have experience using MYOB
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong administration skills
