We are a specialised Financial Planning company, offering a wide range of expertise and experience in self-managed super funds, taxation, financial planning, and wealth creation.
Here's what you will be doing:
You will be responsible for a range of administrative support tasks,including accounts, client services, and reception duties.
Duties will include
- Diary Management.
- Client management, including meet and greet.
- Accounting / Tax work papers.
- Risk/ personal insurance implementation
- Sending off authorities and conducting research on client policies – super and insurance.
- Preparing client files for appointments
- Managing the practice software
- Answering calls
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience in a professional office environment
- Previous experience in finance background ideal but not essential, though ideally you will have at least 2 years’ administrative experience working in a professional office environment.
- Computer skills proficiency - Windows platform
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Google Spreadsheet
- Sound and Strong knowledge of general administration processes,including the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve administrative issues.
- Qualification in office administration or accounting are highly regarded
- Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in risk management would be an advantage
- Experience in similar field would be ideal
- Excellent references
