Established for 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care residences.

TriCare is seeking a highly energetic and professional Sales Administrator (full time) responsible for supporting our mobile Regional Client Services Team in managing aged care enquiries.  You will be based at our modern Head Office at Mount Gravatt on Brisbane’s southside.

This role reports to the Client Services Project Manager and is primarily responsible for:-

  • Effectively dealing with all incoming Aged Care enquiries to Head Office
  • Providing efficient and timely administrative support to Regional Client Services Coordinators in managing aged care enquiries through to admission; and
  • Utilising TriCare’s Client Management System to record and maintain records about prospective Care Recipients throughout the enquiry process.

The successful applicant must possess skills, experience and attributes as follows:-

  • Previous sales and administration experience in a service industry (Aged Care preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and the accurate recording of information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; professional telephone technique and manner; and advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of energy and motivation
  • Professional presentation and friendly, confident nature; and
  • Current “C Class” driver licence for occasional travel to facilities within South East Queensland.
