Polyaire is Australia's largest air-conditioning manufacturer and a market leader in design and distribution of air-conditioning products, with 25 branches located throughout Australia.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to assist internal and external customers in a manner consistent with the Company's sales and growth strategies, as well as providing support to our Commercial Sales Team.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support Account Managers' in sales, administration and general enquiries.
- Maintain and update customer/product data base.
- Handle sales or service telephone/internet enquiries.
- Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
